Diagnostic Ultrasound is excellent at finding the true cause of your pain.
The advantage of ultrasound is that it is:
- a fantastic way to assess why muscles, tendons and joints are painful
- very safe (no radiation),
- a quick and accurate way to a fast diagnosis (20-30 mins)
- injuries can be assessed in real time
- treatments available can be discussed in the clinic at the appointment
- any injections needed will all be ultrasound guided
The diagnostic ultrasound clinic is run by a specialist physiotherapist after which you will get a full written report.
